Location: Remote within the US, or Hybrid (3 days/week) if residing within 50 miles of San Ramon, CA.

Salary: $70,400–$196,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of Verint WEM solutions.
• Design and configure DPA triggers and application visualizations to meet client needs.
• Provide expert training to customers on Verint DPA and Interactions.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Support teams to formulate and execute project plans.
• Troubleshoot software configurations in diverse customer environments.
• Act as the designated owner for DPA service offerings and maintain customer-facing materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Verint WEM implementation experience, including 3+ years in Professional Services or as a DPA consultant.
• Current cloud certifications for Verint DPA or ability to obtain them within 30 days.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, Networking, CRM, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, and IVR/VRU.
• Proven experience building Application triggers in various environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including international travel.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
