TL;DR

Account Executive (AI Governance): Driving new client acquisition and revenue growth for an AI-Ready Governance Platform with an accent on B2B enterprise software sales and consultative relationships. Focus on landing net new logos using Value Selling and managing complex sales cycles with C-level executives.

Location: Hybrid (St. Louis, Missouri); office-first culture encouraging three days a week in office.

Salary: $112,500—$150,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

  • Generate, qualify, and execute opportunities to solve complex problems for customers within a targeted geographic territory.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to land and expand key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships through two-sided discovery to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Conduct outreach to maintain a consistent pipeline while managing closing activities.
  • Differentiate hirify.global solutions by analyzing competitor strategies and market positioning.

Requirements

  • Approximately 7 years of experience selling B2B Enterprise-level software or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of acquiring net new logos using Value Selling.
  • Experience conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-Level Executives.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from St. Louis, Missouri.
