Salary: $118,000 - $155,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal and expansion lifecycle for a strategic portfolio of $5M+ ARR.
  • Develop account-level strategies grounded in customer outcomes and adoption milestones to ensure consistent renewals.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with C-suite stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Generate and progress a qualified expansion pipeline through value-based selling and proactive opportunity identification.
  • Maintain high-accuracy forecasting and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce late-stage volatility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including CX, Professional Services, and Product teams, to drive measurable customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven success owning and growing strategic accounts with significant ARR responsibility.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence for influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Exceptional forecasting discipline, pipeline rigor, and CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, navigating ambiguity with execution consistency.
  • Data-centric mindset, using analytics and performance signals to guide strategy.

  • Experience leveraging and evolving an AI-powered GTM stack to improve commercial execution.
