Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager (AI): Managing strategic partnerships and value realization for enterprise customers in the Big Tech/AI vertical with an accent on executive alignment and measurable business outcomes. Focus on driving Net Dollar Retention (NDR), mitigating churn risk, and orchestrating cross-functional resources to ensure long-term customer success.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA)

Salary: $140K – $165K + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Build trusted relationships with executives and operational stakeholders in Big Tech/AI organizations.
  • Lead joint success planning to align customer goals with solution capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Conduct executive business reviews (EBRs) to provide data-driven updates on ROI and roadmap alignment.
  • Monitor account health, identifying risks early to mitigate churn and improve Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
  • Manage critical escalations with urgency and transparency, partnering with internal stakeholders to remove friction.
  • Mentor junior teammates and channel customer feedback into product innovation and roadmap direction.

Requirements

  • Experience as a strategic advisor and executive partner for high-value enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to lead impactful executive business reviews and governance forums.
  • Capability to analyze adoption signals and connect them to business ROI.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in San Francisco, CA.
