TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $117,500 - $138,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including internal mobility, compensation, benefits support, and grievances.
  • Serve as the operational lead for people data, maintaining HRIS records, contracts, and policies.
  • Administer and iterate on benefits programs, coordinating with vendors and brokers to maximize employee value.
  • Oversee all leaves of absence (FMLA, parental, medical) to ensure a compliant and supportive experience.
  • Ensure company compliance with federal and state employment laws, including FMLA/CFRA, ADA, and FLSA.
  • Develop and update HR policies and the employee handbook as the organization evolves.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in generalist and operations-focused roles.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of US HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and EOR systems, preferably Rippling and Remote.
  • Experience supporting global HR functions, with UK and Canada experience preferred.
  • Cannot sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
