What you will do

• Administer employee benefit programs, coordinating enrollments, life events, and annual open enrollment.
• Manage ATS operations, including job postings and candidate communications.
• Oversee leave management (Vacation, Sick, FMLA) in accordance with organizational policy and law.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity through routine audits and reporting on headcount, turnover, and benefits.
• Handle annual federal and state compliance reporting, including 5500 and 1095 reports and I-9 documentation.
• Support onboarding, background checks, and orientation logistics.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, benefits administration, or HR operations.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and benefits administration.
• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and affirmation of the organization's Statement of Faith and pro-life mission.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and compliant with federal/state employment regulations.
