Salary: $100,000 - $117,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage employee relations, investigating and resolving workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee benefits administration and partner with finance to optimize offerings.
• Implement and update HR policies and procedures to support company growth.
• Facilitate professional development and compliance-related training programs.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience.
• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify required).
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and compensation benchmarking tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working in start-ups or the aerospace industry.
• Experience with DCMA or DoD contractors.
