What you will do

• Own delivery outcomes, including revenue, margin, and client satisfaction for all engagements within the assigned market.
• Drive the onshore/offshore delivery model shift, targeting a 20% onshore / 80% offshore mix.
• Partner with Cognizant market leadership to align delivery capabilities with commercial goals and client expectations.
• Manage senior delivery leaders and influence matrixed teams to ensure adherence to hirify.global quality standards.
• Oversee financial performance, including forecast accuracy, risk identification, and margin optimization.
• Serve as the primary delivery escalation point for executive-level client interactions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional services delivery leadership experience, with at least 3 years at a senior leadership level (VP/Director).
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Proven accountability for $30M+ in delivered revenue within a defined market or portfolio.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud transformation, including data, AI, and application modernization.
• Extensive experience managing distributed onshore/offshore delivery models and matrixed organizational structures.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in deal-level validation, pricing, and risk assessment.

Nice to have

• Experience at a major systems integrator like Cognizant, Accenture, or Deloitte.
• Deep industry expertise in sectors such as banking, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
• Background in scaling offshore Azure delivery teams and managed services models.
