Salary: $234,000 – $325,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own strategic delivery for complex, multi-track programs, translating business objectives into roadmaps with milestones and value KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day program execution, unblocking work across FDE, Research, Product, and customer teams.
• Lead executive communication and alignment, orchestrating SteerCos and providing decision-ready readouts.
• De-risk delivery pre-close by shaping scope, commercials, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive adoption and change management to land production deployments and ensure sustainable operating models.
• Codify reusable solution patterns and playbooks to shorten time-to-value for future deployments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading multi-workstream technical programs.
• 5+ years of experience steering C-suite governance in consulting or technology leadership.
• Technical fluency in LLM solution patterns and integration fundamentals to pressure-test architectures.
• Experience working with semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to be based in San Francisco and travel extensively to customer sites.
