What you will do

• Initiate and develop project needs assessments and comprehensive project plans.
• Create and maintain design and construction teams while managing budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Provide accurate project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Partner with investment and development teams on pre-development and entitlement processes.
• Coach and mentor project coordinators and associate project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Practical understanding of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Project and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and during emergencies as needed.

Nice to have

• Real Estate Broker license.
• Professional certifications such as CCIM, PMP, LEED, or WELL.
• Experience with Procore Construction Software.
