What you will do

• Lead space planning initiatives to optimize workspace layout, adjacency, and functional requirements.
• Conduct space programming assessments and stakeholder interviews to translate operational needs into effective plans.
• Manage end-to-end tenant improvement projects from conceptual design through construction completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop construction documents.
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance to ensure quality standards and design intent.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, risk registers, and utilization metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
• Ability to travel between project sites in multiple states as required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of lease administration processes and workplace design principles.
• Track record in managing office, manufacturing, and laboratory environments.
