What you will do

• Lead and manage all aspects of project execution from initiation to closure.
• Maintain P&L responsibility, including revenue, expenses, and profitability monitoring.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across electrical, piping, mechanical, civil, and structural trades.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Define and manage project scope to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Present project status and performance metrics to senior management on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within the industrial services sector.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
