Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

• Plan and execute multiple onboarding projects through cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform analysis and due diligence to create clear objectives and build project requirements.
• Actively track project performance against schedules and critical paths.
• Provide status reporting and manage issue resolution.
• Deliver projects within agreed cost, time, scope, and quality constraints.
• Coordinate and promote continuous improvement of workflows, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in end-to-end onboarding and implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong organization, prioritizing, and communication skills.
