What you will do

  • Coordinate project team activities and identify necessary resources for service and repair projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress, scope, and budget adherence.
  • Foster a culture of safety by administering company safety programs and training.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and perform risk management to minimize project disruptions.
  • Assess operational workflows and technology to identify efficiency gains.
  • Report project performance and escalate issues to management as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the elevator industry.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Birmingham, AL.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in the elevator industry.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SureTrak) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Experience with Oracle and Servigistic programs.
