TL;DR

Location: On-site in San Francisco

Compensation: $290,000 – $375,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives based in the San Francisco headquarters.
  • Own pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal execution to drive business growth.
  • Establish sales playbooks, motions, and systems in collaboration with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Implement a team rhythm including 1:1s, team meetings, deal reviews, and active coaching.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including 2-3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling within early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
  • AI fluency and strong enthusiasm for modern GTM tooling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling a company from Series B through later growth stages.
  • Background at companies known for strong product-led or modern GTM cultures.
  • Deep expertise in sales tooling, systems, and GTM infrastructure.
