What you will do

• Manage and progress a caseload of NIHL (noise-induced hearing loss) and other disease claims.
• Supervise a mini team, providing guidance on cases, billing, and technical development.
• Review documents, prepare reports, and approve bills for yourself and your team.
• Conduct investigations, obtain witness statements, and instruct experts.
• Attend conferences and trials while ensuring adherence to court timetables.
• Liaise with insurers and insureds to secure optimal client outcomes.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in handling NIHL disease cases.
• Proven experience in supervising a team.
• Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Must be based in the UK (Hybrid: Birmingham or Bolton).
