What you will do

• Manage a caseload of litigated NIHL (Noise Induced Hearing Loss) claims.
• Conduct thorough document reviews, analyze medical and personnel records, and prepare accurate reports.
• Handle disclosure management and conduct investigations to obtain comprehensive witness statements.
• Instruct counsel and experts and produce high-quality draft legal documents.
• Represent the firm at conferences and court appointments.
• Liaise with insurers and insured individuals to maintain clear and consistent communication.

Requirements

• Prior experience handling NIHL claims.
• Proven ability to manage a litigated caseload.
• Technical proficiency in handling disease cases.
• Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid office attendance.
