What you will do

• Manage and progress a personal caseload of NIHL and other disease claims.
• Review evidence, prepare reports, and conduct investigations with insured parties.
• Instruct experts and attend conferences and trials as required.
• Liaise with insurers and insureds to obtain instructions and secure outcomes.
• Ensure strict adherence to court timetables and SRA standards.
• Develop assistant fee earners and handle routine correspondence.

Requirements

• Technically proficient in handling NIHL disease cases.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good level of IT proficiency.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Birmingham.
