What you will do

• Conduct complex technical investigations on credit hire claims flagged by the intelligence team.
• Manage a caseload of claims up to £25,000 in value.
• Prepare cases for potential litigation while adhering to established legal strategies.
• Negotiate effectively via telephone to resolve claims.
• Maintain accurate records within the Case Management System.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a credit hire environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of pre-proceedings credit hire and litigation principles.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize workloads, and remain calm under pressure.
• Minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent.
