What you will do

  • Execute the movement of ocean and air freight shipments from booking at origin to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with transportation and warehousing partners to facilitate the progress of shipments in transit.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to ensure operational quality and timely movement.
  • Utilize performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and delivery of high performance.
  • Manage data quality by validating booked shipments, tracking status, and verifying schedules.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet internal KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Associate's degree or 1+ year of relevant experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Team-centric mindset and a "compliance first" attitude.
  • Must be based in or able to work from one of the specified US office locations.
