What you will do

• Assess the validity of insurance claims and create detailed schedules of works.
• Update building repair scopes using in-house schedules of rates.
• Negotiate cash settlements for repairs with policyholders.
• Manage panel contractors to ensure repair schedules and costs are aligned.
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and insurer clients.
• Settle claims under delegated authority.

Requirements

• Experience in buildings insurance claims, trade experience, or a qualification as a Building Surveyor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focus with a professional and friendly approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
