What you will do

• Lead the design, analysis, and testing of complex flight and engine control products.
• Manage project planning, including task definition, effort estimation, and technical oversight.
• Develop assembly techniques, tooling, and qualification test methods.
• Perform mathematical performance modeling using tools like MATLAB/Simulink and FEA.
• Compile and review technical analysis and test reports.
• Present technical details and project progress to customers.

Requirements

• Degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical, electro-hydraulic, or mechatronic control systems.
• Strong background in aerospace configuration control and quality systems.
• Proficiency in 3D design, 2D drawing, and common machining/fabrication processes.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with strong communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tewkesbury, UK.
