What you will do

• Conduct site surveys at customer properties to collect data for installation planning.
• Perform room-by-room heat loss assessments and determine radiator requirements.
• Design high-quality air source heat pump systems tailored to domestic needs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate technical proposals, material requirements, and price adjustments to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer guidance and legislative changes in low-carbon heating.

Requirements

• Must have relevant qualifications, training, and experience in designing air source heat pump installations.
• Strong technical expertise in domestic heating systems and plumbing.
• Ability to operate within efficiency guidelines and MCS standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for on-site interactions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Oxford area.

• Heat Geek Heating Mastery qualification.
• Level 3 Award in installation and maintenance of air source heat pump systems.
• Water regulations certificate (WRAS).
• Level 2/3 Award in plumbing.
