What you will do

• Lead the design vision and execution of interior design and architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including initial briefing, conceptual design, technical documentation, and construction oversight.
• Collaborate with and mentor senior and junior team members to foster a productive work environment.
• Develop innovative conceptual designs and compelling presentations for new project pitches.
• Coordinate with professional consultant teams and engineers to ensure technical integration and regulatory compliance.
• Manage client interactions, communicate design concepts, and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Requirements

• Senior Designer background, preferably in workplace interior design or architecture.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid schedule (4 days/week in office).
• Expert or intermediate proficiency in Revit and knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Experience with Enscape, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction stages, and technical coordination.
• Proven track record in project pitching and proposal production.
