TL;DR

HR Operations Generalist: Managing day-to-day people operations and HR initiatives with an accent on HRIS maintenance, payroll support, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Focus on ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws, improving workflow automation, and providing exceptional support to team members across the organization.

Location: Remote (Argentina). Working hours must align with Eastern or Central time zones.

What you will do

  • Maintain accurate records in ADP Workforce Now, including new hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
  • Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing and incentive pay tracking.
  • Administer company benefit plans and support leaves of absence programs.
  • Manage the People Experience Team inbox to resolve day-to-day team member inquiries.
  • Support employment compliance, audits, and the development of team member policies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related HR role.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to align working hours with Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and experience with workflow automation or AI tools.
