What you will do
- Provide consultative and collaborative stakeholder sessions to identify and analyze issues, providing technological solutions for business process issues.
- Meet customer commitments on-time and within expected budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and project timelines.
- Assess current services, proactively identifying areas for improvement and serving as an escalation point for customer service fulfillment requests.
- Drive process design and fulfillment activities, potentially defining, developing, and delivering operational metrics for functional area performance.
- Identify and escalate key issues, risks, and roadblocks in delivering customer services, developing and managing plans for new projects and BAU activities.
- Provide input to continually improve technology solutions and capabilities related to stakeholder groups, maintaining departmental programs, systems documentation, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field; or six (6) years of related and progressive experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of experience in designing, building, consulting, and implementing business solutions using Information Technology, including 2+ years of Workday configuration experience.
- 3 years of experience in Workday Configuration, Testing, and Deployment of Applications and Integrations.
- 1 year of experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance.
- Expert functional knowledge with business functions such as Talent Acquisition/Talent Management, HCM/Benefits/Compensation/Leave Administration/Employee Health, Payroll/Time & Attendance, and/or Portal Design/Content Management/Case Management and Knowledge Management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the appropriate escalation process for unresolved issues, maintaining related HCM Application training and certification.
