What you will do

• Manage end-to-end HR activities for 3,000 employees across 32 EMEA countries.
• Provide guidance and consultation on Employee Relations, Redundancy, and TUPE.
• Oversee the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
• Lead and manage a team of HR Administrators.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and overall compliance through reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Office Managers, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong background in Employee Relations and people leadership.
• Expertise in Payroll and Benefits management.
• Proficiency with HRIS and compliance reporting.
• Experience working with diverse resources in multiple EMEA countries.
