Salary: $75,000 per year plus annual bonus.

What you will do
- Participate in a four-month developmental program involving structured training, job shadowing, and real-world assessments.
- Perform in-dealership one-on-one training and demonstrations to drive compliance and profitability.
- Strengthen dealership performance by providing guidance on sales-to-F&I turnover and closing techniques.
- Leverage reporting tools and CRM systems to identify performance opportunities and resolve operational issues.
- Partner with the Strategic Development Manager support team to maximize dealer performance and acquisition.
- Communicate updates and opportunities to Regional Sales Managers and dealership partners.
Requirements
- Must be willing to relocate to any U.S. territory upon completion of the training program.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
- Automotive dealership experience with a focus on consultative sales.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or extensive relevant experience.
- Ability to use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and understanding of responsible AI use.
- Proven track record of quality sales performance and client satisfaction, B2B experience preferred.
