What you will do

• Design and execute growth strategies for state Medicaid and adjacent state health markets.
• Build multi-year roadmaps spanning Medicaid, Medicare, care quality, patient safety, and payment integrity.
• Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for prioritized states.
• Translate state pain points into scalable opportunity narratives supported by ROI modeling.
• Lead state pursuits, including conceptual framing, win strategies, and pilot design.
• Represent the company at state consortiums, policy forums, and health strategy tables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Health Administration, or a related management field.
• 10+ years of experience working with state health agencies.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and model frameworks.
• Proven experience partnering with Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and Managed Care Organizations (MCO).
• Track record of building and managing relationships with state health officials and policy leaders.
• Must be based in the USA due to the focus on US state health markets.
