Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii)
Salary: $137.7K – $153.9K (includes base salary plus bonus)

What you will do
- Build high-trust partnerships with the broker and consultant community to identify B2B growth opportunities.
- Fuel a high-quality pipeline for Mid-Market and National Accounts through strategic prospecting.
- Execute multichannel lead discovery with a focus on identifying client pain points and creating business urgency.
- Deliver tailored pitches and navigate complex objections to secure clear commitments and next steps.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and a structured approach to pipeline management.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare domain (carrier or consulting firm).
- 2+ years in a client-facing sales or account management role.
- Ability to travel up to 20% annually.
- Proven ability to engage and build partnerships within the broker and consultant community.
Nice to have
- Located in either West Coast or Central timezone.
- 1+ years of experience in a high-growth mental health startup.
- Deep understanding of self-funded vs. fully insured plan structures.
- Ability to lead end-to-end client conversations, from discovery to follow-up strategy.
