TL;DR

Sales Associate (Healthcare): Building high-trust partnerships with brokers and consultants to identify opportunities and fuel the B2B pipeline for Mid-Market and National Accounts with an accent on consultative discovery and healthcare domain expertise. Focus on multichannel prospecting, lead discovery, and navigating complex objections to secure commitments.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii)

Salary: $137.7K – $153.9K (includes base salary plus bonus)

What you will do

  • Build high-trust partnerships with the broker and consultant community to identify B2B growth opportunities.
  • Fuel a high-quality pipeline for Mid-Market and National Accounts through strategic prospecting.
  • Execute multichannel lead discovery with a focus on identifying client pain points and creating business urgency.
  • Deliver tailored pitches and navigate complex objections to secure clear commitments and next steps.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and a structured approach to pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare domain (carrier or consulting firm).
  • 2+ years in a client-facing sales or account management role.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually.
  • Proven ability to engage and build partnerships within the broker and consultant community.

Nice to have

  • Located in either West Coast or Central timezone.
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-growth mental health startup.
  • Deep understanding of self-funded vs. fully insured plan structures.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end client conversations, from discovery to follow-up strategy.
