TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Bolton, UK). Must be able to attend the office 1 day per week.

What you will do

  • Manage a caseload of predominantly litigated NIHL claims.
  • Analyze medical and personnel records to build robust case evidence.
  • Conduct investigations, including obtaining witness statements and interacting with insured individuals.
  • Instruct counsel and experts while ensuring detailed preparation for conferences and trials.
  • Represent the firm at court appointments and ensure strict adherence to court timetables.
  • Maintain clear communication with insurers and insured parties throughout the claims lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Prior experience handling NIHL claims is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage a litigated caseload.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to reach favorable outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and self-organization capabilities.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and legal drafting.
  • Commitment to upholding SRA standards and regulatory compliance.
