TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Pro-actively manage a caseload of Public, Employers, Product Liability, and Property Damage claims.
  • Maintain accurate data within the case management system.
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs and high-quality service standards.
  • Allocate new claims and develop effective case strategies.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and supervision to team members.
  • Attend client review meetings and support project work.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of claims handling experience.
  • Experience dealing with quantum up to £50k.
  • Significant experience with complex liability and quantum issues.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or supervising staff.
