What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across diverse client accounts.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Resolve payroll issues through effective communication and professional judgment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience with a multi-client focus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience processing payroll for 8+ EINs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with HRIS platforms (preferably UKG Ready).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participating employer).

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, HR, or finance.
• Prior experience with PEO or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
