What you will do
- Lead the Strategy vertical within the US Paid Media & Growth Strategy team, fostering a culture of creativity and outcome-focused growth.
- Develop end-to-end, multi-channel strategies for high-priority releases, integrating digital ads with UGC, OOH, and experiential programs.
- Partner with the Senior Director to evolve Premium Services, balancing scalability with high-touch custom strategies for top-tier artists.
- Oversee daily workflows, prioritization, and resource planning during peak release periods.
- Identify opportunities for testing and experimentation across platforms to keep the team innovative and competitive.
- Mentor strategists and serve as a strategic partner for internal teams, relationship managers, and label partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Must be based in New York, NY to work from the company office.
- Experience leading teams and providing senior-level guidance to strategists.
- Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and Snapchat ad ecosystems.
- Ability to navigate attribution challenges and measure long-term brand and artist equity.
- Experience within the music or entertainment industry is strongly preferred.
