What you will do
- Own the overall influencer strategy and execution for 's paid influencer program.
- Identify, outreach, and close end-to-end deals with impactful creators on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Develop targeted campaigns based on creator archetypes and activation formats.
- Negotiate contracts aligned with CAC, FTB, and LTV targets.
- Provide white-glove account management to ensure high-quality content and timely delivery.
- Build and scale a diverse roster of creators ranging from macro talent to mid-tier influencers.
Requirements
- Must be based within commuting distance of San Francisco, New York City, or Los Angeles.
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of running performance-driven end-to-end influencer campaigns.
- Experience managing top-tier and macro creator relationships.
- Deep immersion in internet culture and ability to identify emerging trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to iterate on strategy and report performance.
