What you will do
- Manage a caseload of PL/EL claims up to a reserve value of £30,000 from inception to settlement.
- Maintain accurate data within the case management system.
- Ensure compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Attend client review meetings and assist with project work.
- Undertake supervisory tasks as required by management.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of claims handling experience.
- Proven experience in the evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of Public/Employers' Liability claims.
- Experience dealing with quantum up to £25,000.
- Flexible approach to work.
