What you will do

• Manage a caseload of PL/EL claims up to a reserve value of £30,000 from inception to settlement.
• Maintain accurate data within the case management system.
• Ensure compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Attend client review meetings and assist with project work.
• Undertake supervisory tasks as required by management.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of claims handling experience.
• Proven experience in the evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of Public/Employers' Liability claims.
• Experience dealing with quantum up to £25,000.
• Flexible approach to work.
