What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Define and manage project scope to ensure all deliverables align with business objectives.
• Allocate and manage human, financial, and material resources to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating progress.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues using a detailed RAID log.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports and maintain meticulous documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, successfully delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania, USA to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management specifically within the healthcare or health insurance industry.
• Knowledge of various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
