What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for clients.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all functional services and external vendors according to timeline and budget.
• Manage study budgets and profitability, ensuring all out-of-scope activities are identified and handled appropriately.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and proactive risk management strategies.
• Ensure quality management and eTMF inspection readiness for assigned projects.
• Lead internal and client meetings, report on KPIs, and provide status updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience and 4 years of direct project management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex and global trials.
• Proficiency in MS Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
• Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP and experience in pharmaceutical or device research.
