What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of high-priority, cross-functional enterprise projects following GPPM standards.
• Identify and assemble the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements.
• Develop project requirements, scope, and success metrics for high-priority initiatives.
• Maintain RAID logs and communicate project status to business partners and stakeholders.
• Coach and counsel cross-functional teams to resolve technical/operational issues and meet deadlines.
• Administer the project change process and formulate contingency plans for risks and costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a project management role handling large or complex projects.
• Proven knowledge of PM methodologies and tools (PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications).
• Proficiency in PPM software (Planview preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Arlington, TX.
• Ability to work without sponsorship.

• Agile/Scrum Certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, etc.).
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) into daily workflows.
• Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
