What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs including ERP, CRM, cloud, data, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Own project planning activities including scope definition, dependency mapping, budgeting, and risk management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into executable project roadmaps.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, managing sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Ensure projects adhere to corporate governance, SDLC standards, and regulatory requirements such as SOX and HIPAA.
• Lead executive-level status reporting and steering committee updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in an enterprise environment.
• 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional, matrixed delivery teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise applications, cloud platforms, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Expertise with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, or modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
