What you will do

• Develop and execute communication plans supporting transformation initiatives and business priorities.
• Create high-impact content for executive updates, newsletters, presentations, and internal digital spaces.
• Translate complex technical, operational, or transformation-related information into clear, business-friendly messaging.
• Partner with senior leaders, program managers, and engineering teams to align messaging and ensure accuracy.
• Manage recurring communication programs, including monthly updates, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline content creation, reporting, and communication workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in communications, program management, or executive communications.
• Proven track record of creating polished, visually engaging leadership-ready storytelling assets and presentation decks.
• Experience translating complex business or technical topics for broad and executive audiences.
• Fluency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and AI tools such as Copilot.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Must be based in the United States

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like Viva or Amplify.
• Graphic design, content layout, or visual storytelling experience.
