What you will do
- Drive consistent property-level performance related to occupancy, delinquency, and resident satisfaction.
- Lead the seamless integration of 35+ new communities and scale the operations team from 20 to 75+ members.
- Own budget development, forecasting, and strategic expense control to deliver NOI growth.
- Develop and standardize SOPs and implement scalable tools to ensure operational consistency.
- Manage and coach a team of Regional Community Managers and onsite teams.
- Support acquisition due diligence and lead post-close operational transitions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic and tactical leadership experience in manufactured housing operations.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and driving performance through growth and change.
- Strong financial acumen with responsibility for property-level and regional budgets and CapEx.
- Ability to travel 25–30% to properties in multiple states.
- Experience leading remote teams and managing direct reports.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of Rent Manager or similar property management software.
