Sales Training Specialist (Education): Designing, facilitating, and maintaining foundational training programs for new hires, sales, and leadership teams with an accent on instructor-led and virtual training delivery. Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote roles available in TX, GA, OR, NV, LA).

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions for new hires, leaders, and sales teams.
• Own assigned core learning programs from discovery through roll-out and sustainment.
• Develop and update learning materials across multiple modalities.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure content accuracy.
• Track program metrics, learner outcomes, and business impact to recommend improvements.
• Document and manage project milestones, deliverables, and success measures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in learning & development, training facilitation, instructional design, or program management.
• Strong facilitation skills with comfort leading both virtual and in-person sessions.
• Strong project management, communication, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Articulate Storyline/Rise experience.
• Bachelor's degree in L&D, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Experience in sales, insurance, or operations.
