Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Conduct learning needs assessments and establish learning objectives for call center staff.
• Design and develop content, eLearning modules, job aids, and multimedia learning tools.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training programs.
• Maintain and update the Call Specialist Handbook.
• Identify and implement educational technologies to support training approaches.
• Evaluate training efficacy and adjust materials to improve information understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, education, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing training, technical assistance, or education programs.
• Deep understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and webinar software.
• English language fluency.
• Employment contingent on successful acquisition of a Tier 2 Certificate of Public Trust government background investigation.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree.

• Familiarity with ORR unaccompanied children programming.
