What you will do

• Design and develop products across a portfolio including apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, and CPD courses.
• Write and evolve curriculum schemes of work, course blueprints, and delivery models.
• Take full ownership of product caseloads, tracking performance and managing the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to storyboard eLearning content and build digital learning pathways.
• Create client-facing documentation, marketing collateral, and website content according to brand guidelines.
• Participate in apprenticeship trailblazer groups and engage with external stakeholders to maintain market leadership.

Requirements

• Certification level of insurance (CII) or a completed apprenticeship in an Insurance or Financial services role.
• Demonstrable experience in designing, writing, and developing training programmes and content.
• Detailed knowledge of financial services training needs, including ICA, CBI, PMI, LIBF, CIS, CILA, and CII qualifications.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Training or certification in education and instructional design.
• Experience in educational product management and blended learning programmes.
• Proficiency with tools such as Articulate, Aptem, and other LMS/LA tools.
• Knowledge of the Apprenticeship sector funding, regulatory rules, and the Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
