What you will do

• Define and evolve the multi-year product vision and strategy for the underwriting business area.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize roadmaps and make complex investment trade-offs.
• Lead discovery and experience design, facilitating journey mapping and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate business outcomes into clear product intent and requirements for delivery teams.
• Monitor performance using OKRs and KPIs to ensure the realization of commercial and efficiency benefits.
• Act as the primary transformation partner, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technical execution.

Requirements

• Strong experience in the insurance sector, specifically as a Product Manager in underwriting or underwriting platform environments.
• Proven track record of partnering with Executive/ExCo-level stakeholders to shape strategy and influence investment.
• Experience leading large-scale product or transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
• Deep understanding of underwriting processes and risk decision-making.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog ownership, and delivery oversight.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance commercial growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
