Location: Must be based in or able to commute to York for hybrid work (2-3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the Direct Customer business area.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business outcomes into actionable product intent and requirements.
- Lead discovery and experience design, facilitating journey mapping and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and epics based on measurable value and strategic alignment.
- Monitor performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs) and drive corrective actions to ensure benefits realization.
- Act as a key ambassador for the transformation function, managing complex stakeholder relationships across the business.
Requirements
- Strong experience in the insurance sector operating as a Product Manager in complex or regulated environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale product or transformation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with Executive or ExCo-level stakeholders to shape strategy and influence investment.
- Deep understanding of Agile product environments, backlog ownership, and delivery oversight.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2-3 days per week in the York office.
