What you will do

• Influence product strategy across interconnected domains to align with organizational goals.
• Guide discovery and innovation efforts to unlock new value opportunities within the Student Operations domain.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and analytics teams to ensure consistent workflows and transparent operations.
• Balance long-term strategic objectives with ongoing operational work in product roadmaps.
• Monitor the edtech landscape to keep products relevant and future-ready.
• Manage product tooling and technology selection to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Cardiff, UK.
• Proven track record in product management, preferably in complex or regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in hirify.global assessment processes is highly valued.
