What you will do

• Develop and communicate product strategy and roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives and KPIs.
• Define and prioritize features based on customer value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver product outcomes.
• Drive customer-centric practices through continuous feedback, data, and end-to-end journey focus.
• Analyze market, competitor, and sector trends to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, ideally within educational technology.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Cardiff, UK for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong understanding of the global K-12 education sector and digital learning products.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
