What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of liability adjusters handling property damage and bodily injury claims.
• Oversee the end-to-end claim lifecycle, including coverage analysis, liability determination, and reserve setting.
• Manage litigated claims and maintain relationships with outside counsel.
• Drive file quality, cycle time, and indemnity/expense control.
• Coach team members on negotiation strategies and complex claim handling.
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations and internal standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7–10+ years of liability claims experience.
• Direct experience handling both PD and BI claims, including represented and litigated files.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a supervisor or manager role.
• Experience managing multi-state claims and working in a TPA environment.
• Proficiency with claims management systems such as Guidewire.
